Welcome to Opal Garden Hair Studio. We offer a tranquil, one-on-one professional grooming experience designed specifically for women. Our boutique sanctuary is a quiet, private home space where you can escape the noise and receive our undivided attention. In order to maintain the serenity and security of our studio, we operate strictly by appointment only. Please note that our precise location is a confidential residential address, which will be shared with you exclusively once your booking is confirmed.

Our Studio Rules. Please read and agree to these simple terms before we begin your services. These rules keep things fair for both you and Opal Garden Hair Studio.
Bookings
To keep our home studio running smoothly, all appointments must be paid for when you book. This holds your spot in our calendar. Please choose your services carefully as we do not offer refunds and cannot take cash in the studio.
Arrivals
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will have to cancel your appointment and you will lose your payment. Saturday bookings cannot be changed or cancelled at the last minute. If you need to reschedule a Saturday, it must be done within 7 days. For any issues, please email service@opalgardenhairstudio.com.
Hair Prep
For colour work, please have hair that hasn't been washed for at least 48 hours. If you have curly or textured hair, it must be fully detangled before you arrive. We charge a $120 fee for heavy tangles as it takes extra time. If your hair isn't ready as requested, we may have to shorten your service, but the full price will still apply to cover the time booked.
Health
If you are sick, please let us know to reschedule. We can't see clients who are unwell. If we find head lice, the appointment will end immediately and you must be cleared by a doctor before coming back. Please tell us about any scalp issues or allergies before we start your hair.

Studio Rules
• Please respect our studio as a quiet and focused workspace
• Individual bookings only; additional guests cannot be accommodated
• Children are permitted only when scheduled for their own session
• This is a strictly smoke-free and vape-free environment
• Professionalism is expected; we do not accept aggressive conduct
• Recording or live streaming is prohibited during hair services
• Please note that there are no bathroom facilities available for clients
• Clients are liable for any damages caused to studio property
• Please remove all personal waste from the premises upon departure
• Bringing hot food into the service area is strictly prohibited
• Kindly avoid wearing strong fragrances during your appointment
• All hair must be detangled; in-chair detangling incurs a $120 fee
• Excessive oil or dirt requiring extra washing incurs a $60 fee
• Maintain professional personal hygiene and clean attire for your visit
• Disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination without refund
• We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining our studio standards
